How many people think if xur sells spoils of conquests how many people think it would cost for strange coins let the battle of wars begin and remember just a question nothing else

If Xur were to offer Spoils, then it would be for strange coins considering that is the only currency (resource) that is accepted. As to your question - one hand, I have to go with nope - not going to happen. On the other hand - he has offered Nightfall ciphers a couple times, so nothing is off the table.
