Just as title says, it doesn't bleak watcher turrets do not grant grenade energy to grenade when equipping [b]class item [/b] with spirit of osmiomancy. Spirit of osmiomancy states: Your [b]grenades[/b] recharge quicker on hits. The seeker spawned from [b]coldsnap[/b] grenades travels further. The perk works with other element grenades as far as i checked, however won't proc from bleak watcher turret damage despite those being also coded as grenade (easy to check if you 2x bolstering detonation on arms you can see huge chunks of class ability regenerating when bleak watcher turrets hit enemy). The perk works fine with other grenades which suggests it should also work with bleak watcher turrets but it simply doesn't.
