The damage sucks, projectiles consume too much energy and the duration is worthless for harder content and can't even clear adds very well. If you aren't playing pure Stasis, using this super in Prismatic is just not worth it. Especially with its stupidly long cooldown time. Everytime I'm playing Pure Stasis, whenever I see the Super Charged prompt I internally sigh and think "Oh. Yay. I guess I have to use this super to do pitiful boss damage or Freeze Shatter 2-3 times to kill one Major. Hooray!"
