I am a long time destiny player start back on d1 I cross saved my Xbox account to my old ps account. I stopped playing right before witch queen dropped and am now wanting to get back into destiny. I have since purchased a ps5 and made a new ps account with it. I downloaded destiny 2 again last night on my ps5 and went to link my original Xbox account to my new ps5 account. To my surprise I now have to wait 90 days to cross save my new account. Why? I understand there might be some exploit that some people could abuse but my account has been inactive for years. Is there any way to by pass this? I want to get back in but having to wait 3 months ain't it.
