About to give up on Destiny2 because of encore
This required mission is so long and difficult that after investing 8 hours in multiple attempts i have succeeded even once. Between the constant server disconnects and bugs it just isn't worth trying any more. This last time, the server disconnected, but it succesfully reconnected and put me back in, great!, I thought, until I realized it had put me back in behind the area just past the piston where the modules had already been used and there was no way forward snd the gates were all closed. Great puzzle logic there.

If you want some help I’d be glad to help out, I’ve found connections problems more stable when I’m in a fireteam and I’ve played the missions a few times solo (sadly not flawlessly) but I’d be glad to help

I got trapped with no way forward twice last evening. This is just poor game building and I don’t see them having the human resources to bother fixing it

The disconnects is one of those things that just has not been happening as often for me for the last year and a half or so. Just noting this to add "balancing."

All these mushroom gobblers in this post. D2 is frequently the only game that gives people connection issues. The “get better internet” comment is so lame.

Disconnected me right after the final boss fights. When I tried to get back in, it put me right back at the start. So I don’t even know if there was a cut scene or whatever, didn’t get any exotic, quest still has it marked as incomplete. I just can’t be bothered to do the mission again and I haven’t logged in to D2 since.

i already have done it solo in expert, and im not a sweaty 🥵, maybe for non experience people it is but the fact is have the Kwtd thing and dps guns so you can do it easily in regular, with edge transit, rocket pistol and outbreak perfected is easy, look out for guides bro...

1 RispondiMan I’ve run it like 4-5 times and I still haven’t encountered a single one of them game breaking glitches people have been talking about. Also the “jumping puzzles” are mind numbingly easy. Each class has access to movement clutch exotics for these sorts of things and I have not needed any such thing. The longest I’ve taken on normal is an hour thirty, and at least twenty minutes of that was spent working out. At a certain point I have to call it a skill issue I don’t know what to tell you

3 RisposteI agree. Yesterday I was trying it again, having failed at the hydra twice. Got about 3/4 through and just couldn't keep on going. It's so long and boring and it blocks the rest of the content. Don't need the aggravation and frustration. I don't care if others thinks it's fun or easy. For me it ruins the game and I'm tired of Bungle locking content that I paid for behind this kind of crap.
