A slight nerf to specific 340 Pulses to demand a little more

I do not want them destroyed.
There's an Auto, Pulse, and HC as the major contenders and I think that's great. [b]The balance has been quite nice [i]unless you're a bow or sniper main[/i]. [/b]
We have all been damage glitched. Or experienced moments where you're not synced properly with the opponent engaging you. I find this class of weapon to be egregious. [u]Mostly Elsie's with headseeker. [/u]
With that said. I am aware khvostov is still crazy and Rose is extremely powerful if it will drop you the right roll.
I don't want them butchered. A slight tweak

Always nerfing the most used options leaves permanent outliers, there is always going to be a gap because you took the lazy way out and nerfed instead of adjusted or brought others up to its level Nerfs in a power fantasy game are redundant If you want "Pulse Rifle Variety' has you claim you should be asking for buffs for the other archetypes ; nerfing the most popular pulses will just shift the meta with the same problem In D1, all primaries were wittled down till Handcannons were the only choice, and crucible devolved into a choice between dying from Palindrome or dying from Eyasluna or using either Palindrome or Eyasluna, pick your poison with no variety to speak of
