A bug as always
can someone help me for sure it will not be bungie they cant do the bare minimum what a great compagny new even new bug we use to it by now im stuck with upgrading soltice armor WITHOUT having onw and i take half my screen would love to see my screen again ty for ruining the game as always great compagny

Found the solution in another thread. Speak to Eva Levante, open the Solstice Forge and refresh the armor bounty that triggered the popup ( I used Helmet). Dismiss the Solstice Forge then dismiss Eva and the banner goes away
