I was looting the regional chests to try to get the Lost Encryption Bits for the legendary khovostov gun and I didn’t realize I wasn’t receiving them until I had already opened 3 chests. Found out it was because my inventory is full, but the encryption bits are not in my post master. I am now 3 encryption bits short, with no other way to get them.
