Needlestorm in PvP is embarassing.
It can't even kill anyone within 10 feet in front of you. The detonation does nothing and the threadlings won't track either. You let this super languish for more than a year now, c'mon. Much like Blade Barrage, any player on my screen that gets tagged and isn't in cover needs to die. That's it.

3 RisposteAnd 6 shot Goldy is hot gabardo in PvE. Certain Supers were made with PvP in mind, and others with PvE. It’s more punishing on the Darkness Subclasses as there is the one super, but you technically don’t have to use it.
