Ill Omen Cold Steel
Is Ill Omen suppose to apply slow on heavy attacks when using Cold Steel? Apparently it works with Wolfpack Rounds but not by itself. I've been seeing people asking this everywhere but have been unable to find an answer.

I also attempted to use cold steel on Ill omen and noticed the heavy cast is not applying slow. I thought it would be neat to throw at an overload and nothing happened. I tried with and without the overload champ artifact mod. No slow applied from heavy cast. It seems to be a bug since heavy swing cold steel attacks normally add more cold stacks than a light swing.
