Enhancing my Brave Forbearance grenade launcher to Tier 3 appeared to only partially work. Hovering over the weapon in my inventory states that the weapon is fully enhanced, yet no masterwork effect. Also, when I inspect the weapon, the left and right column perks are not the enhanced versions of these perks. I wondered if this might be caused by saving the weapon to a loadout slot prior to enhancing, then reselecting that loadout later but I noticed the bug as soon as I enhanced it to Tier 3.
