I don't know if I'm missing something with how Jolt works with Prismatic Diamond Lance, but my pulse grenades have a 50/50 chance to make one. Can anyone help? This is genuinely extremely frustrating. I'm out here trying to use my already limited crayon-eater brain cells to try and make a Titan build that's not Consecration Blade Fury, and when I land on something cool like using Facet of Dominance with pulse grenades and the Unbreakable Aspect to have on-demand access to both Jolt and Weaken, it doesn't even work properly. PLUS facet of mending has the same issue my grenade rarely cures me. I dont quite understand. I've almost had it with this class i swear.
