Can't turn in Xenology quest to Xur
Today when I got on, I tried going to Xur to turn in last week's Xenology quest, but Xur has no option to claim the exotic cypher. I only have 3 in my inventory. I tried going to orbit then reloading back into the tower with no change. Has anyone else had this issue?
