Finished prerequisites for Parting the Veil, and though Nimbus's vendor icon is blinking, I can't get the quest at all. Restarting game, trying to leave fireteams etc. didn't help. imgur album linked shows that: -I have every single strand unlock for the class -I did do the exotic quest for Deterministic Chaos -it's not in my quest tab unseen by accident Could I get some help?
