I purchased the collector's edition for The Final Shape for PS4/PS5, which is supposed to include access to both The Final Shape and the annual pass for the Episodes. I know that what I purchased was the entire collector's edition (not just the version that has only the physical stuff), because I received a code to access to The Final Shape and have been able to play that with no problems - the same code was supposed to give me both TFS and the annual pass. However, in-game, my annual pass is not active - I have only been able to access the free track of the season pass, not the paid track, the game says I don't own any of the episodes, and I'm worried that I won't have access to Echoes when it launches tomorrow. I tried restoring content licenses on my PS5, but that had no effect. I'm not sure what else to try and I really don't want to purchase the season pass again since I already paid for it once.
