I have been dying to actually NOTHING in the Zero Hour mission during the final boss.
No explosion, no physics, I just flop over and it says "misadventure". Literally NOTHING is killing me. I'm trying to solo flawless this and it has happened consistently like 5 times in a row when the brig arrives. It's not the missiles, it's not the adds, its not the boss. I'm just DYING. To NOTHING. I'm not standing still, I am constantly moving. Why am I dying to nothing?

Same thing was happening to me solo and fireteam members, just dying without getting hit. "Killed by the architects" hope they know about this and sort it. Already solo flawlessed it but the triumph was bugged and has since been fixed albeit for 1 measley triumph point
