The main requirements include: - Knowledge of end-game content (can run mechanics in raids / figure things out without having to look it up) - Vast weapon variety / Understand damage rotations (We do not know what will be the best to damage the bosses we encounter) - Good Communication (Chill but focused and serious, can take responsibility if you mess up.
