Dragoncult Sickle doesn't benefit from strand reserves
Title. I have tried both harmonic and strand reserves, it's not able to hold more ammo with them equipped. I put backup mag on it, and it was able to hold more ammo so I know it's not at max inventory stat. The same is true for Thin Precipice, the other strand sword
