final oracle (next to the hidden portal) in whisper of the worm mission not spawning, resulting in inability to complete triumph and obtain exotic ship Karve of the worm. allies in fireteam are able to see and destroy their oracle, but none appears for me, (also unable to destroy via AOE damage). crosshair does turn red when aiming at where the oracle should be, but otherwise unable to interact with it in any meaningful way. note: Prior to the earlier bugfix where there were issues with the oracles rewarding inaccurate rewards, i had destroyed the first oracle without having the quest.
