During my runs of Shattered Throne I've noticed that I wasn't getting the loot that I was supposed to be getting. This was my first run on Warlock this week and I didn't get a drop on the Ogre Boss and on the secret chest after it that requires Tincure of Queensoil to collect. I ran this dungeon on my other 2 characters on the same day too and those videos are on my YouTube as well. I think I didn't get the loot from that same chest after the Ogre boss. I'm not sure what are the Repro steps for this loot bug.
