I’ve sent a case to report a cheater/hacker with pictures and video evidence, almost a week from now, and they told me that it would be reviewed in 2-3 business days. It’s been longer than that but my case still says it’s open. Do they just have a habit of taking longer than expected? If it was denied, it would be closed, right?
