At the start of the season, the 3 tokens for the wish ender quest re-appeared in my hunter's quest inventory, even though I completed the quest on them years ago. So I decided to get rid of em, but they can't be deleted. So I instead decided to just do the quest again, and even though killing the Minotaur, Captain, and Ogre will still power the tokens from Useless to Waking, you can no longer turn them in at the statue, so I can't clear the tokens out of my inventory.
