I have been grinding for this shader as it is the last thing I need for the Dreaming City badge and the Cursebreaker title. I have done everything from coils (for the dreaming city weapon drops), the Blind Well activity, redoing campaign missions, the Shattered Throne dungeon, Ascendant Challenges, and even all the daily and weekly bounties acquired from Petra in order to get these legendary weapon drops for a chance to get this shader. Nothing has worked as I have been doing this for weeks now. If anyone can give some insight on this I'd very much appreciate it. At this point I'm convinced it does not drop and I am just out of luck.
