i see someone get the quest on quest archive in the tower but mine not appear in there absolutely nothing

as the mentor said, all the "Memory of ____" quests are the luna's calling stuff. you have to complete the quest. then next reset you get another memory quest. you have 5 in total so 5 weeks. thing is too if you care, you also have to do it on your other characters if you want it forever gone. i recently completed it myself sometime this season.
