Quickplay appears to suffer from some real population related issues during trials. Having that and checkmate/control and all the other playlists all going at the same time probably doesn't help trials either. Especially with some of these modes like Supremacy and Rift during Trials. People will bounce really quick if there's pendulum swings to the match then there's no one left to fill in. So during the weekends there might be an opportunity to experiment with some population "forcing." Pretty much everyone seems to agree the playlists are too much for this number of players and its set up a little strange overall.
