Account got hacked
Hello I do have a short question. My characters got deleted while I was sleeping. I don't know by whom I do have 2StepVerif on Steam but I didn't get any request yesterday. I did read on http://Bungie.net that Bungie does not recover manually deleted characters and Items.
But is there a way to get my characters and items back??? It is useless to start again...pls help if its possible.
It happened about 7-8hours ago. I do see that someone played Warlord's Ruin on Destiny 2 app.
I am waiting for any response by Bungie Support, take all the time.

To access your accounts, someone would need to know your login credentials - your account name (not just the visible profile name) and password. So you ought to change all passwords because there's only a limited number of ways people could have obtained your credentials. 2-factor authentication is always a good idea but any one of your other accounts gives access to your cross-save as a whole, logging in on PSN for example would bypass any protections on Steam.
