I am unable to complete the trials access quest. I am on step 3 of 4, where I am required to buy a trials passage, play a game, win a round, and eliminate an opponent. I can't buy a trials passage. I have tried, waiting for reset, abandoning the quest, and restarting the game. Does anyone know of a solution? If there isn't how do I report this to Bungie? It is worth noting that I meet all the requirements of step 1, including being a high enough light level without artifact boost. I think step 2 may be the cause of the issue as looking in the quest log it simultaneously says I have completed it and haven't (being marked green whilst still saying incomplete), step 2 is to return to Saint-14 in the tower.
