Unable to obtain vigilance wing catalyst
Please Check my PvP stats Bungie. And tell me if it is normal

1 RispondiAs others have said, low drop rate, but I tend to find with the older catalysts if you have a bunch of unfinished catalysts and do a few of them, then the older ones tend to drop.
