I don't understand Conditional Finality in pvp
No matter the distance I can hardly ever proc the frozen shot. Even at point blank.
Yet I see Vids of people getting it at like 10M and everyone is crying for a nerf.
Am I ads'ing when I shouldn't? Or the opposite?
I just don't get it
