i know this weapon will never come back and i bet most of you dont even remember it but here my idea on how to balance it maybe give it a handling buff first.. now the exotic perk only works when you are being damaged or are critically wounded, being shot in the head and also headshotting targets boosts the refund effect chance failing that you could in addition make it a heavy weapon
