Is Vesper of Radius broken?
I’ll have to test it tomorrow if no one knows but I was just in a GM and Vesper didn’t seem like it was blinding anything with my rift. Anyone else had an issue?

1 RispondiI was definitely getting some Blinds using Vesper in a Nightfall yesterday, although it was a Heroic rather than GM. Perhaps there’s a new interaction with a given Modifier present in the GM difficulty (either intentionally or not) that is preventing you from getting Blind to land? If nothing else it might be worth clearing your cache as it sometimes fixes seemingly random issues. (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)
