Increase the drop rate for Essence of the Oversoul
Enough said, Bungie should make it a guaranteed drop from every encounter across all characters for looted clears, And they should also increase the drop rate for non looted clears and make it easier to farm cuz not everyone have the time to play 3 hours + of Destiny 2 everyday cuz of work and school and other IRL commitments and it’s stupid when you have to farm a heavily rng resource with abysmal drop rate to get what is supposed to be a guaranteed raid exotic weapon because that's what's Exotic weapon quests are for and it isn’t meant to rely on horrible rng. The current drop rate is absolutely abysmal and it will just burn out all kinds of players because no one wants to do the same raid for 10 weeks + to get what is supposed to be a guaranteed raid exotic but because of Bungie’s foolish decision the material needed to progress in the quest to get the weapon is reliant on horrible twisted rng…

3 Risposte1 per encounter per account per week. Then it’s 5 weeks max. Seal triumphs just make it go faster. I have no idea why they keep adding stuff that they should know is going to piss people off and burn players out.

1 RispondiWell, I got tired running this raid and getting zero essence. I'm still at 6 which I got from my first two runs. I'm not going to cry about it. It's just a losing battle. And if and when Bungie decides to fix the drop rate, maybe I'll get the gun by then. Otherwise, I'm not losing sleep over it.

6 RisposteThey actually listened to us and decided that the RNG for raid exotics was dumb so they gave us a guaranteed drop from a quest. Now you have to get the raid exotic to drop 20 times but hey the gun is a guaranteed drop after 🤡

I’m at 5 out of who knows how many, were I to guess maybe 10% done Good ole bingle scrooched the pooch yet again on this one Had I known would not have wasted the effort on the cat.
