Missing Veteran Transmat Effect
It seems after the transition to Transmat effects being unlock-able items, the Veteran Transmat effect is now missing from the selection menu while Previewing a ship. Other ships in my inventory that had it equipped still have it, however. Favoriting the effect on these other ships does not resolve the issue.
