I spent 400 Legendary Shards at Master Rahool's Material Exchange for "Purchase Enhancement Prisms". My Legendary Shards went down from 1,211 to 811 but I did not receive any items, or popup indicator that anything was added. I've checked my inventory and mail but no Prisms. Can Prisms disappear? Is it possible to restore my shards or add the missing Enhancement Prisms? I'm not sure if I did something wrong on my end, I'm returning to the game and still learning changes since Forsaken. I submitted a ticket to Bungie Support and Agents directed me here.
