Something to note, when the timer is @ "x2" and hits 0, the buff stays for another 5 seconds with no timer, then disappears. Still doesn't affect ability regen. Hope y'all can help me out here. I'm a stasis hunter diehard and this really tanked the whole gameplay loop.
