Can't get Parting the Veil quest
Finished prerequisites for Parting the Veil, and though Nimbus's vendor icon is blinking, I can't get the quest at all. Restarting game, trying to leave fireteams etc. didn't help.

-I have every single strand unlock for the class
-I did do the exotic quest for Deterministic Chaos
-it's not in my quest tab unseen by accident
Could I get some help? Thanks in advance!

bumping, since no one's commented. i did the unfinished business quest with him, he completed it in full. the day he posted this, he bought the last fragments he needed, and we both double-checked each category to make sure everything was bought. would be nice if someone at bungie could figure this out because now he's stuck without an aspect and a hand cannon that he should have access to, and that everyone else does, but he doesn't, because there's something wrong and no one is fixing it.
