When checking the patterns and blueprints section of the companion app it said that I had two patterns unlocked for sidearms and that there were five sidearms craftable, when I checked which ones these were (I was confused because I thought I had only unlocked the witch queen sidearm) it showed that I had unlocked the witch queen sidearm and mykels reverence adept. I have never run root of nightmares so that couldn’t be true, I also checked other sections and it seems that this bug is only for sidearm. This issue is not in the game only the app, it isn’t shown in the inventory patterns section and it’s not craftable or even visible within the Enklave. So while it’s not anything potentially exploitable (as far as I know) it is a visual glitch nonetheless
