Arc 3.0 would have been a good time to add it to the warlock kit alongside the lightning surge melee, which also happens to be a teleport ability. Bungie could have leaned in to the teleportation concept with warlocks, but nobody on the dev team cared enough about warlock reworks to make it happen.

1 RispondiIt doesn't fit the Stasis playstyle. Void already has it. Solar has Icarus Dash. Arc could use it, and that might be okay. Strand has Grapple. Are you saying that Arc Warlock needs Blink or that every Warlock subclass needs Blink?
