Unfortunately don't have a recording here, but I was just running the dungeon, and after killing the final boss I got a popup saying there was an exotic engram but couldn't pick it up because my engrams were full. I discarded one random prime engram I had and the exotic engram was no longer there. I suspected maybe this was due to how exotics drop now, if it has to flow through the engrams first. If it was the Navigator I guess I'll try again next week but just wanted to bring it up in case it's a real issue or anyone else has experienced it
