[BUG] Champ Title doesn't count towards the Rank 8th Journey
I have recently got the Champ Title and even equipped it but the Rank 7 Journey progress of acquiring a title didn't count .

That’s correct. Bungie let us know that it’s bugged & not counting for Guardian rank triumph in the recent TWAB post.
