I played a game of gambit earlier and got 17 invader kills. I don't know what happened to allow me to invade for 2 minutes and 3 seconds but I know I probably shouldn't have continued killing once I knew there was an issue. The game starts as normal and the first invasion portal activates. A teammate invades, they score a kill and Drifter announces his return (along with the on-screen text) after 30 seconds. Another 12 seconds later and they score another kill in the feed, and shortly after, the second invasion portal activates. I jump through and see the teammate is still there but not moving, 1 minute and 10 seconds after they initially invaded. Without much thought, I put it down to some connectivity issues and continue invading. At this point, after reviewing the gameplay, I realise that there is no invasion countdown timer so something was wrong. I score 2 kills in the 30 seconds that I should have been invading, and as I should be returned, the FIRST invader is announced to be returning (along with the on-screen text again) but with no kills. Again, not noticing any of these details, I continue invading and score another 2 kills. At this point, I was expecting to be returned but I am not. I have been invading for 38 seconds. I continue killing, scoring a further 13 kills before I am killed and rightfully bagged. I immediately message the fireteam saying "I don't know why i was invading so long", and I don't. After the game, I received a message from an opponent saying "Cheater!!!! You'll be ban soon", and I can understand the frustration, as well as the reporting. I don't know how this happened, there was nothing unusual about the game or connecting to it, and I wasn't aware there was an issue until I had killed 4 enemies whilst invading and wasn't returned from the invasion. There were a number of moments I could have noticed an issue, but I was mindlessly gaming and missed them all. I have linked the post game report and I have almost all of the gameplay saved (minus the first minute or so) but don't know where I can upload it to. I hope this can help identify an issue (if there is one). I apologise to the enemy team if they are reading this, I am sorry. Please take my Maximum Carnage medal too, it feels dirty.
