I think you should reverse the nerf to geomags. In this sandbox, it might make chaos reach viable again

The nerf was justified It was a getting free ult charge for 0 efforts. If you want it back, tie tvis super regen to killing things or something like that

Literally THE ONLY thing they nerfed about it was the super charge part. And then they lowered chaos reach's overall cooldown. The damage on it has never been nerfed. Just use crown of tempest if you want faster super charge.
