Issue: I claimed 2 bundles on amazon prime on 5th May but they are not added available @ Rahool . Attached: Link to folder with 4 images to provide clarity about my issue What I did before hitting issue: 1. Tried to claim the bundle , didn't have a bungie account. 2. Followed the process of linking account from prime-> create a new bungie account using steam login -> Linked account successfully. 3. Didn't know about verification mail yet. 4. Added D2 in steam library, installed the game. 5. Created the new character and started playing the game-> completed couple of earth missions to reach the Tower. -> Talked with everyone to finally meet Rahool expecting my bundle. 6. Went back to prime to see if I messed up anything. 7. Followed suggestion for new users to check reward history and claim them in game. Found out there was nothing in the Reward history of bungie account. Verified my email and then rechecked- still empty. 8. Found out that prime collection page says 'Undelivered' while home page says claimed. 9. Reached out to Amazon prime support and they checked the linked account and several stuff-> pointed me to reach out to Bungie support. -> couldn't find any option for chat/ email so ended up on the forums to find some help \o Amazon said they would only be able to escalate it internally if I get no help directly.
