Hello there! I wanted to activate the Cross-Save to have my characters on my XBOX account, but I mistakenly chose the wrong characters to be transferred over, and now I have my old XBOX account as a main account. I bought Silver about a month ago on my PS, so I am unable to deactivate the cross-play momentarily. I can't play/access my main characters. What should I do? Thank you!
