TLW bugged?
During the game I noticed TLW's recoil be weird at some point.
And then I tried full auto I found its rate of fire also slowed.
I tried to shoot someone, its body shot damage was by 41 (originally 39).
One hit that was almost simultaneous to death was 39 normally.
I'm not sure exactly when it happens but it seems serious I think...
