Question about a quest
Can anybody tell me how to begin the quest for dead messenger? I don't seem to have it anywhere and looking it up online is confusing

You've got to run the Vox Obscura exotic mission. Unfortunately it's not available since lightfall launched but you may be in luck. They're launching an exotic quest rotation later this year and Vox is gonna be in it. You might be able to get it in the monument in the tower.
