The name say it all. I started the quest, it didn't work when I did it. I tried to restart the quest. I can't get it. It's been 3 years now. I haven't been able to get this weapon even though I tried for 3 years. Looked at all the guides, did all the research, abandon and tried to reobtain the quest. NOTHING works. I just can't have the weapon at all. It's not even in the Exotic Archive. So I am just down an exotic and I don't know what to do.
