Despite being a scout rifle, Touch of Malice does not inherit the unstoppable scout rifles seasonal mod, nor does its “blinding” projectile count for unstoppable arc blind. The alt fire not working was expected, but without it being able to get unstoppable from the seasonal mod is a bit worrying.
