Bit of a late reply but is it possible that you were game sharing the addons? can you check your accounts MS purchase history to make sure the addons are showing up with a transaction marked as completed? having the addons installed doesn't necessarily mean you owned it (ie people that had it through game pass still had the addons installed after it was removed) [quote]not help fix these issues and have a customer service?![/quote] Bungie dont control licenses on platforms, so all they would be doing is telling people to go to the platform that does control it for assistance.
