I have unlocked the catalyst and I can't tell a difference at all. I am serious bout this it feels non-existent. I looked up what it does and still doesn't feel any different. In the same way, in which Oathkeepers use to have an "Archer's Tempo" in its exotic but remove cuz there was no difference at all. I have a couple of ideas about what catalyst could make and improvement of the current one. The one that has popped more has been in which you convert the hail storm into a power shot.
